MCAT Results
So I got my scores back a few days ago and let’s just say I am extremely relieved!!! From the sound of my previous post you could tell I was a little bit worried about my performance. The scores came out in the afternoon on July 24th. I had worked an overnight shift just before so by the time I woke up the scores were already online. I completely forgot about them and checked them only when Sarah said, “Aren’t your scores out Habibi?”. By that time I had already half-admitted defeat, and figured I would have to study hard again and retake it next year. When I first glanced on my score I was shocked, not because I got a score that was out of my reach, but because my hard work had finally paid off. I scored a 32, 10 in verbal & biology, and a 12 in physics. A 32 puts me in the 88th percentile!! I was very pleased and as soon as I read my score a rush of emotions and thoughts followed. I now had to kick things into gear in order to complete a stack of secondary essays. I know if I had more time I could have scored higher, 1 month of studying is certainly not enough. But a 32 is a solid score and I hope it lands me an interview at one of my schools!
